Valentine’s Day Cocktails

This Valentine’s Day, we will offer some delicious drinks for your special evening:
~ Gari Chu-Hai (Beni Shoga Sour) is a truly unique drink, comprised of Japanese Shochu (spirits) served with Beni Shoga (pickled red ginger). The sour taste of ginger blends well with Shochu, creating a distinct flavor which is surprisingly smooth.
~ For something sweeter, we will also offer a Japanese Greenfield cocktail. Suntory Japoné (green tea liqueur) mixes with Calpico (a popular yogurt-based drink) to create a delicious sweet/umami flavor.

These drinks are often served in Japanese Izakaya, but not here in Pittsburgh—come try something new with your Valentine!
